A Family in Bloom Adoption provides post-placement services for domestic and international adoptions. Domestic adoptions and those international adoptions not finalized abroad require home visits and reports for court finalization. International adoptions not finalized abroad will also involve some home visits and reports, depending on agency requirements for ethically sound practices and foreign country requirements. Our agency’s formula for our Colorado families for all types of adoptions is: $250 per home visit and $250 per report.
