A Family in Bloom Adoption is not accepting new client families. This is due to our agency’s high caseload and internal planning. We wish you much joy and success on your adoption journey though!

A Family in Bloom Adoption is licensed by the State of Colorado to place children internationally. We are Hague Approved by the Council of Accreditation(COA) for and supervised by International Adoption and Maintenance Entity (IAAME) for international adoption work.
Our agency faciliated adoptions in Bulgaria, Lagos, Nigeria, Liberia, Morocco, Nicaragua, and Uganda. Our agency has Primary Provider programs in Cameroon, Canada, Iran, Jamaica, Nigeria, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tanzania, and Trinidad and Tobago. All of these countries programs can be found on their respective pages.
Some of the other countries where we have acted as Primary Provider, individualizing a program to ensure adoptions are done legitimately under Hague regulations, are Belgium, Guyana, Rwanda, The Bahamas, Tunisia, and more.
Our agency has developed a specialty in handling Primary Provider cases for dual-citizen nationals and kinship adoptions from a family’s country of origin. We also frequently represent American families living abroad, adopting from the foreign country in which they reside, or those Americans who have designated adoptions from a strong connection to a particular foreign country.
A Family in Bloom Adoption works in tandem with private attorneys abroad, NGOs in foreign countries, and foreign public authorities, dependent on the adoption process for a given foreign country.
The vast majority of our international adoptive parent families live outside of Colorado. In that case, our agency has contractual partnerships with collaborative Domestic Provider adoption agencies to perform home studies and post-placement work.
